QR Code Generator

Create static QR codes for links, contact details, Wi-Fi and other supported content, with optional design and bulk export controls.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Choose an available QR code type and fill in its content fields.
  2. Set the colors, shape, frame or optional logo if those controls are enabled. Keep strong dark-on-light contrast.
  3. Choose a suitable maximum width, quiet zone and error-correction level. For a batch, enable bulk input and enter lines or import the CSV example format.
  4. Generate the codes, inspect their previews and download the available formats or the complete ZIP.
  5. Scan the actual exported artwork with a phone and verify the content or destination before printing or sharing it.

Content types and required details

Available types can include website or plain text; email, phone, SMS and WhatsApp; Wi-Fi; vCard or MeCard contacts; map coordinates; calendar events; and links to social profiles, video, audio, documents, galleries, menus, reviews, app stores or payment pages. Bitcoin and UPI encodings are also supported when enabled.

Link types encode a destination URL you provide. They do not upload or host the linked document, image, menu or media. Use a complete HTTP or HTTPS address. Enter international phone numbers with a country code; calendar dates and times are entered in UTC.

A static QR code stores its content in the code itself. Existing artwork cannot be edited to encode new content. Its usefulness depends on the destination or underlying information remaining valid.

Design, downloads and bulk input

  • Use square, rounded or dotted modules, optional gradients and corner colors. Keep a clear quiet zone. Locator and alignment patterns retain their square form for scanning reliability.
  • A logo can be JPG, PNG or WebP and is subject to the displayed file and pixel limits. Logo use forces high error correction. QR content supports Unicode; frame captions support English letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Maximum width is rounded down so modules occupy whole pixels, and captions add height. Dense content can require a larger width or shorter input.
  • PNG, SVG, JPG and PDF downloads are available according to the current settings. Download all as ZIP bundles the generated results. Saved design presets remain on this device and exclude content, passwords and logos.
  • Bulk lines support website URLs or plain text. CSV imports use a type column and the documented content-field headers; download the CSV example from the editor. Each generated code counts as one operation, including a code with several download formats.

Limits and troubleshooting

Check the current codes-per-batch, maximum width and encoded-content byte limits. Unicode characters can use more than one byte. Fewer characters do not always mean fewer encoded bytes.

If a code is too dense or fails to scan, shorten its content, increase the width, simplify the design or remove the logo. Use a lower correction level only when no logo requires high correction. Test at the physical size you intend to print.

The tool does not verify a destination or payment recipient, register a payment account, or track scans. A Wi-Fi QR code exposes its encoded network information to people who can read it. Save and share generated artwork with that in mind.

Processing and privacy

CSV imports are read in the browser, but generation sends the entered QR content, design and any logo to Helphonic. Content is processed for generation without QR-content storage or scan tracking; temporary uploaded logos and generated files are removed after the response. Generated previews and download links stay in the current tab. Only optional design presets are saved on this device.

Access and current limits

Check the tool page for current access, remaining usage and per-operation limits. File count, per-file size, total size and page limits can depend on your access and can change. Device and processor safety limits still apply when usage is unlimited. A paid pass does not necessarily increase every processing limit.

Each generated QR code counts as one operation; a bulk batch counts once for each code. Downloading the already-generated formats from the current results does not generate additional codes.

Check the current limits

Allowances and per-operation limits can change. The QR Code Generator page shows the policy that applies to you. Per-operation safety limits still apply when usage is unlimited. See access passes if a tool or extra usage requires paid access.
