Files you process
Uploaded files are moved to private, non-public storage for processing. Originals and generated outputs are deleted immediately after the download response whenever processing completes normally. A cleanup control removes abandoned temporary files.
Data we keep
We keep account email addresses, password hashes, usage totals, job status metadata, access-pass ledgers, and PayPal transaction references. We do not intentionally store filenames, file content, document text, or payment-card details in analytics.
Payments
PayPal processes checkout. Helphonic receives transaction identifiers and payment status, not card numbers.
Your choices
Contact support to request account-data access or deletion. Financial records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, tool activity, account actions, downloads and purchases. The Google tag loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to our tools.
We send page paths and limited activity metadata, such as the tool used, file count, selected format and pass type. We do not include uploaded file contents or names, QR contents, email addresses, passwords or URL query parameters in our analytics events. Google also receives technical connection and browser information when its tag is loaded. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
Your analytics preference and permitted analytics cookies last up to 180 days and may be renewed. You can change your choice using the Analytics preferences control on this page. Revoking permission stops analytics on this browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected data. A browser that signals Global Privacy Control is treated as rejecting analytics.
