Private processing
Uploads are stored under randomized names in a directory blocked from direct web access. Downloads are streamed through the application and temporary files are removed after the response.
Validation
Helphonic checks upload status, file size, MIME signatures, image dimensions, PDF readability, page limits, and supported formats before processing.
Operational safeguards
HTTPS, CSRF protection, secure sessions, request throttling, prepared database statements, immutable usage ledgers, and administrator audit logs protect the service. No system can promise absolute security; report concerns to the support address shown on the Contact page.
