Sandbox phase
PayPal is currently configured for test transactions only when sandbox credentials are present. Sandbox payments have no real monetary value.
Live purchases
Before live billing is enabled, this policy will be reviewed and updated. For an eligible duplicate or erroneous charge, contact support with the PayPal transaction reference. Used access time is normally not refundable unless required by applicable law.
