    Frequently asked questions

    What counts as one operation?

One successful export counts as one operation, even when it contains multiple pages. Changing options and local previews do not use your allowance. A failed server validation does not consume an operation.

Are my files shared or stored?

No third-party processing service is used. Uploads go to private Helphonic storage and are removed after the response. Local previews and rendered images remain in browser memory until you leave or reload the page.

Can the free and paid limits change?

Yes. Administrators can configure guest, registered and active-pass access and processing limits independently. See the current limits on this page.

    How to use

    Images to PDF

Create a PDF with one JPG, PNG or WebP image on each page, using your chosen order and page layout.

    Step-by-step instructions

    1. Choose the images for the PDF within the current file, size and page limits.
    2. Use the up and down arrows beside the selected images to set their page order.
    3. Choose A4, US Letter or Fit image paper, then choose the orientation and margins.
    4. Run Images to PDF and save the PDF.
    5. Check every page for order, margins and image clarity before sharing or printing.
    Supported files and result

Inputs are JPG/JPEG, PNG and WebP images. The output is one PDF with one image per page. Each image fits inside its page without cropping, and transparent areas appear white.

Supported JPEG EXIF orientation is normalized. These are image pages; text in a photograph does not become selectable or searchable automatically. Use Image to Text if you need editable text.

    Paper, orientation and margins

A4 and US Letter produce standard paper sizes. Fit image uses the image dimensions at 96 dpi to calculate page size; this is a page-size calculation, not a change in the original image detail.

Automatic orientation uses a landscape page for a wider image and a portrait page otherwise. You can instead force portrait or landscape. Margins run from 0 to 30 mm, and the image is centered in the remaining space.

    Troubleshooting

Images are limited to 8 megapixels each and 16 megapixels combined, in addition to current upload and page limits. Each selected image contributes one output page.

If a Fit image page would exceed the supported page dimensions, choose A4 or Letter. If the result is soft when printed, start with a clearer source image; increasing the page size cannot add detail.

Use Organize PDF when you need blank pages, rotation or a mixture of existing PDF pages and images. Reduce source dimensions or process fewer images if memory or output limits are exceeded.

    Processing and privacy

The selected files are uploaded to Helphonic for processing in private storage. No third-party file-processing service is used. Temporary source and output files are removed after the download response, and failed processing cleans up temporary files. Keep your originals and save the result to your device.

    About this tool

Add images, use the up and down controls to arrange them, and create a PDF with one image per page. Images fit inside the page without cropping; transparent areas appear white. Choose A4, Letter or image-sized pages (96 dpi). EXIF orientation is normalized. Images are limited to 8 megapixels each and 16 megapixels combined for safe processing.
