    Is my media uploaded?

    No. Processing and previews stay in your browser. Helphonic serves this page and its scripts and checks access settings using non-content usage metadata. Your media, file names and recording contents are not sent to the server or analytics.

    Is this tool free?

    This tool launches with unlimited free usage for guests, registered users and active paid users. Administrators can change access allowances later. Current access information appears on the tool page; device safety limits still apply.

    Will it work on every device?

    A current browser and enough device memory are required. Smaller files work better on phones. Browser audio codec support varies; GIF encoding requires module workers.

    How to use

    Learn how to use Animated GIF Maker: step-by-step instructions, settings, export options, privacy, limits and troubleshooting.

    Step-by-step instructions

    1. Choose one or more still JPG, PNG or WebP images.
    2. Use Move up, Move down, Remove or Reverse frame order to arrange the animation.
    3. Set each frame delay in milliseconds, or apply the default delay to every frame.
    4. Choose output dimensions, image fit, background color and looping.
    5. Click Create animated GIF, then download and open the result to preview its animation.
    Frame timing and appearance

    Delays range from 20 to 10,000 milliseconds. GIF timing is rounded to hundredths of a second, and viewers may impose their own minimum delay. Play once omits looping; Forever repeats continuously.

    Fit whole image preserves the complete image with background borders. Fill and crop fills the frame and crops its edges. Transparent source pixels are flattened onto the selected background. GIF is limited to 256 colors per frame and is not a lossless photo format.

    Device safety and privacy

    The tool accepts up to 20 frames. Each output side is limited to 800 pixels, and width × height × frame count must not exceed 12 million pixels. Reduce dimensions for longer animations. Source images must meet the current file limits and the 16-megapixel source-image safety limit.

    Sources are decoded one at a time and GIF encoding runs in a local worker. Cancel stops encoding. No images are uploaded. Download before leaving; the frame arrangement is not stored.

    Processing and privacy

    Files and entered content are processed on your device in this browser tab. File contents and results are not uploaded to Helphonic or sent to analytics. The page still contacts Helphonic to load its tools, check access and confirm non-content usage information. Work is not saved to your account; download or copy results before leaving or reloading the page.

    If an operation cannot finish

    Use a current browser and smaller inputs if the tab runs out of memory. Some tools download a local processing library or model on first use, so an internet connection is needed even though your content stays on the device.

    If the tool reports that access or limits changed, review the current policy and run it again. If usage confirmation is uncertain after an interrupted connection, a retry can count as another operation. Download completed work before reloading; this site does not keep a recovery copy.
