Once an ad has been published, it is considered final and non-refundable. We encourage users to carefully review all information before posting an ad to ensure accuracy and completeness. You can also update your ad easily after posting.
Refunds are not available for ads that are published and later removed due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered for technical issues that prevent the proper posting or display of an ad. In such cases, please contact our support team at support@helphonic.com with detailed information about the issue.
If a refund is granted in an exceptional case, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Additional Terms
This platform does not act as an agent or mediator in the transactions between buyers and sellers and cannot issue refunds for disputes arising from such transactions.
Users are encouraged to ensure the accuracy of their ads and compliance with all relevant animal welfare laws and regulations, as non-compliant ads are subject to removal without a refund.
