• Buyers are encouraged to perform due diligence before making a purchase, including meeting the breeder and verifying the dog’s details. We recommend having a vet check the dog after purchase.
• As per Irish law, ads must include a dog’s date of birth, country of birth, and microchip information, and only microchipped dogs are permitted to be advertised.

3. User Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate information on your account and in your ads. Users are allowed only one account.
• Accounts require a valid email address and a mobile phone number from Ireland or the UK.
• Private sellers are those selling fewer than 6 dogs per year. Registered sellers and dog breeding establishments must comply with specific licensing requirements, as per local regulations.

4. Posting Ads

• All ads are subject to the following rules:
  • Ads must contain accurate information, including clear photos of the dog.
  • The seller must be the legal owner of the dog, and all dogs must be microchipped and registered.
  • Dogs must be physically located in Ireland and meet the minimum age requirements.
  • Pregnant or whelping bitches, dogs under 7 weeks, and dogs with cropped ears cannot be advertised.
  • Minimum sale price is €100, and we do not accept ads for “free to a good home.”

5. Licensing Requirements

• Sellers who meet certain thresholds are required to register with appropriate authorities:
  • Registered Seller of Pets: For sellers offering 6 or more dogs per year, registration with the Department of Agriculture is required.
  • Dog Breeding Establishment (DBE): If you have 6 or more breeding-age female dogs, you must register as a DBE.
• Northern Ireland has additional requirements for sellers with 3 or more breeding bitches.

6. Content and Conduct

• Users are expected to be respectful and courteous in all interactions on the platform.
• You may not reproduce, sell, or republish any content from our website without permission.
• We reserve the right to share ad information with relevant authorities in cases of suspected illegal activity.

7. Privacy and Data Use
